In-person Renewal Day

With the ongoing Wuhan Coronavirus, there is no way to safely hold the January meeting. This brings up a huge issue for renewals as many members renew in-person. Normally, during the January meeting with three members helping with renewals: in less than two hours well over a hundred members drop off their checks and/or pickup their membership cards. This is NOT a substitution for normal in-person renewals!!! If you are paying your dues with a check or money order, mail your payment to the Club's PO Box and your membership card will be mailed to you.

The Club will have an in-person renewal day on January 16th from 8am-2pm in the Clubhouse but it is intended only for members who pay in cash or may need additional help with their renewal. This event will occur over six hours specifically to ensure that there is less membership interaction and members may choose to wait in their cars if too many are present. This should be sparsely attended as just under 20 members paid in cash last year.

If you plan on attending the in-personal renewal day, please contact the Club Secretary (SRPClub.secretary@gmail.com or 920-750-1799), so a better understanding of how many members will attend and can be planned for; especially if you will need additional assistance renewing.

• Do NOT show up to drop off a check or money order (mail all checks or money orders to our Club's PO box).
• Members that wish to pay with cash should renew online or have your paper renewal completed before bringing your cash the cash payment to the Clubhouse on January 16th.
• Members that need additional assistance with renewals can show up for help that day.
• Social distancing will be strictly enforced.
• Up to 20 people will be allowed in the Clubhouse at a time; members may be asked to wait in their cars.
  
• Masks must be worn, at all times, inside the Clubhouse.
• The goal is to get members in and out as quickly as possible and limit any additional interaction.
• Basically, this is not a social event and should only be utilized by those seeking additional renewal help or those paying with cash.

This is not a social gathering activity/event and do not try to treat it as such.  The Board canceled the January membership meeting specifically to protect the membership from potential disease spread.
